Refund Policy

Haley & Noland is committed to delivering professional, high-quality services across all engagements. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Service-Based Work

Payments for services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, aviation services, environmental and HAZMAT coordination, commercial and residential cleaning, and transport or logistics support.

Deposits & Advance Payments

Deposits or advance payments are used to secure scheduling, personnel, equipment, and coordination. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.

Project Adjustments

If a project scope changes prior to service execution, Haley & Noland will work with the client to adjust scheduling or service details when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Service Issues

If a client believes a service was not delivered as agreed, they must notify Haley & Noland within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and determine appropriate corrective action if warranted.
