Haley & Noland values our clients’ time and the resources required to properly plan and coordinate each project. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, the following cancellation policy applies to all services.
Scheduled Services
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling, preparation, and coordination costs.
Project-Based & Specialized Services
For aviation, environmental, HAZMAT, transport coordination, and other specialized or project-based services, cancellation terms may vary based on scope, timing, and third-party coordination. Any applicable cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement or project confirmation.
No-Shows
Failure to appear for a scheduled service without notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid and may affect future service eligibility.
Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
Haley & Noland understands that emergencies may arise. We encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible so we can assess each situation fairly and reasonably.
